Principal objective: To contribute to maintaining the health status of communities affected by movement restrictions and the separation wall in the West Bank
Specific objective: An adequate level of health care coverage and quality basic health care provision maintained in remote villages in the West Bank.

- 92 health care facilities operational in West Bank by end of project
Capacity of health professional strengthened by at least 7% to deliver quality health care services to communities in the West Bank.

Indicators:
- 80 village health rooms (PHC Level 1) in West Bank equipped with pharmaceuticals, disposables and medical equipment by end of project
- 12 stationed clinics in West Bank equipped with medical supplies, disposables and medical equipment by end of project
- Communities in each locality benefit from an average 6 health care team visits per month
At least 7% increased health awareness amongst targeted communities through consultations, home visits and education activities
